According to the hypothesis of our research, a direct relationship can be identified between equal employment and the methods and tendencies of human resources management tnat constantly intereracts with the continuously changing and modernizing labour law, hence the labour market processes and the above principles are also related to each other. To justify our hypothesis, our research was built up in the following stages: firstly we prepared groundlaying studies, that analyzed the social nature of labour law, the requirements of equal treatment and the fundamental rights of workers, where we also incorporated the documents of the European Union into the research. Another important part of the work was the examination of the HR from the perspective of labour law, in other words, the legal reflexion and transformation of the instrumentsystem and principles of human resource management as a science. as a result, it become apparent that the instruments known to HR can be compared to the legal institutions set out in labour law also set their legal barriers and the risks of their application was revealed. The books main points are built around the fundamental principles of labour law and social law, labour market involvement, the principle of equal pay for equal work, the protection of women, the issue of working time, the limitation of employees’ personality rights in the light of the 21st century technological reality, the labour law evaluation of the phenomenon of aging, the question of co-operative employment and some aspects of collective labour rights as a possible connection between HR and labour law.
